Kim schwarz 1000000000/100 found exactly what we asked for at a great price i would send anyone who is looking for a home to her the trust and availability was phenomenal. Thank you so much kim

I'd like to start off with the fact that Kimberley came to use at what seemed like an easy commission for an outside looking in but, it wasn't. She's a fighter for her clients and a professional to top it off. She went above and beyond for us. The care she gave us through our purchase experience was flawless. We had difficulty with our mortgage specialist, Kimberley was there to help, we had issues with td insurance, Kimberley was there, needed reassurance that everything was gonna work out, yeap Kimberley was there. Your in good hands with Kimberley and the izon team

Kim was patient and was able to secure an off-market listing for us. Highly recommend her as an agent! 😊
